Getting a good night’s sleep is crucial to maintaining physical and emotional health. doTERRA has several essential oils that can be used before bed to help you fall asleep faster, sleep peacefully through the night, and wake up more rested.


• Put 1 drop of Serenity or Lavender on your pillow and pajamas at bedtime.
• Diffuse 2-3 drops each of Serenity and Cedarwood.
• Take 2 Serenity Restful Complex Softgels before going to bed.


• Diffuse 3-4 drops of Adaptiv.
• Apply 1 drop of Adaptiv and Serenity to your wrists, temples and bottom of feet.
• Take 2 Serenity Complex capsules 30 minutes before bedtime to calm the body and mind.


• Make a bedtime tea with 1 drop of Roman Chamomile and Lavender and a spoonful of honey or agave nectar.
• Diffuse 2-3 drops each of Lavender and Petitgrain.
• Drink 1 drop of Lavender and Wild Orange in a small glass of water.
