From which email address should I send the request.?Send your request from the email address that is currently associated with your account. If you no longer have access to it, enroll as a new member using a new email.
How much does it cost to reactivate?There is no cost to reactivate. However, if it's been over a year since you last ordered, you may see a renewal fee and free product added to your next order.
Do I need to place an order after my account reactivates?Please place any order within 48 hours to complete the reactivation process.
