How to Apply a Castor Oil Pack

1. Unfold the wrap, cotton side facing up.
2. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of Castor Oil directly onto the pack.
3. Add your favorite essential oils.
4. Step 4: Apply the wrap to the desired area. Secure using the adjustable strap for a comfortable fit.
5. Relax for 30-60 minutes while the oils absorb. Use daily as needed.

How to Apply a Castor Oil Naval Patch

Apply 1 tsp dōTERRA Castor Oil and 2 drops RevitaZen Detoxification Blend to belly button and cover with patch overnight. Wipe off any excess oil in the morning.
