Orders are typically processed the same day and shipped out the next business day. Tracking will be provided with each order.

• Free shipping on orders over $75
• All domestic orders shipped via Canada Post Express
• Domestic orders estimated delivery 3 - 5 business days
• International orders estimated delivery 7 - 12 business days
• In-store pick up not available

Where do we ship?

• We only ship to Canada addresses. If you wish to ship to a U.S. address consider shopping at Home Essential Oils - U.S.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to display. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@home-essential-oils.com with your name and order number.
